Printer returns are not accepted by the manufacturer once the ink cartridge has been installed into the printer.

Due to the value of the printer, we require recipient sign-off signatures for printer deliveries. Please plan accordingly.
Freight quoted on the order confirmation does not include insurance. Due to the value of the printer, all printer sales will include shipping insurance which can range from $30-$200 depending on the shipping address, weight and dimensions of the printer.
If a freight carrier is not specified either in the ordering process or in the order notes, we will use our preferred carrier.
Drop-ship freight is F.O.B. from factory and we assume no responsibility for loss or damage.

Why the C7500G? The C7500G offers an increase in image quality over the base C7500. Using a different style of ink, gloss-finished labels will visually "pop" more with slightly higher image quality.
