* Free Printhead replacement conditions:
- Service contract must be current.
- The only material used with printhead must be Western Tag and Label Thick or Thin EnviroStake®, EnviroFlex®, and all labels.
- Printhead Warranty not valid for 20 mil Polysytrene use.
- Complete printhead to be approved by Western Tag & Label.
- Printhead is not covered for damage by user.
- Printhead replacement limited to one per calendar year.
